Paul Cinalli

Founder & CEO

Paul was born in Atessa, a small town in Italy, and grew up in Philadelphia. After graduating with a degree in Accounting from Rutgers University in 1982, he built his career in public accounting with a major international firm — gaining deep exposure to every aspect of how businesses operate.

That experience became the foundation for SkyRide. Paul launched the company with a simple conviction: airline crews deserve a ground transportation partner who treats every trip with the professionalism the aviation industry demands. Decades later, that conviction still drives everything we do.

Robert Cinalli

Vice President & CFO

Robert was born in Voorhees, New Jersey and grew up in an entrepreneurial household shaped by his father's work building SkyRide from the ground up. He earned his degree in Marketing from Rowan University in 2020 and joined the company full-time, bringing a focus on growth, technology, and operational efficiency.

Robert has led SkyRide's expansion into new cities and is the driving force behind the company's proprietary technology — building the intelligent systems that automate and elevate every part of the operation.
