These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of transportation services provided by SkyRide Crew Transport ("SkyRide," "we," "us," or "our"), including any SMS communications sent in connection with those services. By using our services or receiving SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
SkyRide provides contracted ground transportation services exclusively for airline crew members and airline industry clients. Our services are not available to the general public. All transportation arrangements are made through airline scheduling departments or authorized airline contacts.
By providing a phone number to SkyRide or your airline scheduling department for crew transportation purposes, you consent to receive SMS text messages from SkyRide related to your trip. These messages may include:
Message frequency varies based on trip activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP or contact us at info@skyridecrew.com.
Our transportation services are provided under contract with airline clients. Passengers are expected to be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. SkyRide is not responsible for missed pickups due to late arrival at the pickup location. Any special requests or modifications to scheduled trips must be communicated through the appropriate airline scheduling contact.
SkyRide shall not be liable for delays, disruptions, or failure to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, traffic conditions, road closures, or other force majeure events. Our liability in connection with any transportation service shall not exceed the value of the service provided.
Your use of our services and SMS communications is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
